come Grow as a family

Wednesday Night = Family Night

Wednesday Night is a time for the entire family to get plugged in. We have a place for anyone ages 1 to 101.  Browse our class selections below and sign up for what peaks your interest.

Venture Kids

FSBC Venture Kids is our Wednesday night program for children in Pre-K through 6th grade. Each week, kids learn about Jesus through age-appropriate Bible lessons, worship, games, and activities—all in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. Nursery is provided for babies through PreK where they are shown the love of Jesus in a practical, caregiving environment.

Youth

Youth grades 7th through 12th meet every Wednesday night for games, fellowship, worship and practical study of God's Word.

The Book of Revelation

Join John Durham on Wednesday nights for an engaging study through the book of Revelation. Together, we’ll explore God’s Word and discover how its message speaks to the way we live, worship, and follow Christ today. All adults are welcome. Whether you are familiar with Revelation or studying it for the first time, come learn, grow, and discover practical ways to apply God’s Word to everyday life.

Experiencing God in Every Day Life

Many of us meet God in a mountaintop moment—a powerful experience with the living God—but then don’t know how to move forward from that place.
The reality is, our Christian lives are not lived on the mountaintop but on a winding path of ordinary, often mundane, sometimes difficult days. The Christian life is a daily journey of learning to experience God and follow Jesus. God’s story is unfolding as He pursues His eternal purposes in our world, and He invites us to join Him. Some days may require major leaps of faith, but more often we’ll take small steps of faithfulness in the everyday moments of our lives. This study will help you experience God on the mountaintops and every day between.

Forgiving what you can't forget

Have you ever felt stuck in a cycle of unresolved pain, playing offenses over and over in your mind? You know you can't go on like this, but you don't know what to do next. Lysa TerKeurst has wrestled through this journey. But in surprising ways, she's discovered how to let go of bound-up resentment and overcome the resistance to forgiving people who aren't willing to make things right. This is a Women's Bible Study led by Rose Huelskamp.

The book of Daniel

Unlike most of the other books in the Hebrew Bible, the book of Daniel is not set in Israel. Instead, it's in the heart of a hostile, pagan empire where God's people have been taken captive. Daniel is about how to thrive in a dark world.
Men facing the cultural challenges of today will connect to the ancient wisdom of Daniel and learn that the power to make a difference is found in the commitment to be different. This is a Men's Bible Study led by Michael Sanders.

Grief Share

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
