The body of FSBCGC believes the Biblical Model of Leadership is a plurality of Elders. They are a body of men who feed the flock by the teaching of God’s Word, provide servant-leadership and direction to the church, protect the flock through discipline (when necessary), and love and care for the flock through discipleship and helping to meet the needs of church members.
